Northwards residents who are looking for employment can benefit from a brand new scheme set up especially to help social housing tenants.

The 'Get Into Housing' work programme is run by employment specialists Blue Orchid and offers a range of job vacancies to tenants of registered social landlords (RSLs) like Northwards.

The scheme can help you to:

  • Prepare your CV
  • Develop your interview technique
  • Build your skills to help you find the right job
  • Improve your confidence through training and one to one support
  • Identify training opportunities

The scheme is funded by Manchester City Council and free to register with. Vacancies are varied and updated regularly by all the RSLs involved.
