Website user testing

User-testing sessions last a couple of hours. We give people a few things to do on the website - find some information, see a rent statement, apply for a service for example.

We watch them carry out these tasks and record how easy or hard it is. By seeing how 'real people' use the site, we can improve it and make it work better for everyone. We pay people to attend the sessions too.
