(our latest facts and figures)

This is our Annual Report for 2017-18.

It was officially launched at our Annual General Meeting on 16 October.

We worked really hard to deliver the best services for our tenants, despite lots of challenges, including having less money to spend.

Following the tragic Grenfell Tower fire, lots of work has been going on to ensure fire safety in our high-rise blocks is robust.

Our Housing Options for Older People (HOOP) service has grown from strength to strength, rehousing people into accommodation more appropriate for their needs.

We launched a new IT system, which means more staff will be able to work on the go, saving time and money.

Work also started on 40 new council homes which Northwards will manage.
