Keeping each other safe

We are taking special measures to keep residents and employees safe whilst we carry out repairs to your home. Our operatives are tested daily in line with government guidance.

Before we come inside your home to carry out your repair we will ask you to confirm you are well and have no symptoms of Covid.

Whilst we are in your home we will:

  • maintain social distancing ✋
  • wear a face covering  😷
  • ask you to stay in another room ⛔
  • sanitise the work area when we are finished 💧

Please ventilate your home during the visit by opening a window or door. By following these simple measures together, we can keep services running whilst keeping each other safe.

Things may take longer to fix

We're still working through those repairs we weren't able to book due to the impact of the pandemic, so please bear with us. Thank you for your patience and we will make your repairs as soon as we can.

You must wear a face mask during your repair appointment

All our repair teams follow government guidelines to carry out the work safely. They will be wearing face masks during repair appointments so we must please ask you to do the same – it’s for everyone’s protection.
