Call 0161 234 5006 to pay by bank debit card or credit card using Manchester City Council's automated service - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Have your rent reference number handy and follow the step-by-step instructions.

If you’re hard of hearing, or if you have difficulty speaking over the phone, you may be interested in the Next Generation Text (NGT) service.
This is a modern texting service which you can also access on a mobile device.
Calling shouldn't cost you any more per minute with NGT than it would for a voice phone call, although it may take longer.
