Need to call us?

We are experiencing high demand on our phone lines at the moment and our average wait time can be up to 30 mins.

But you don't have to wait around. If you use our call back option, we'll hold your place in the queue and WE ring YOU as soon as you’re next.

Callbacks are available from 9am - 2:30pm on Mondays, and 9am - 3pm Tuesday to Friday.

To get a call back, just call 03000 123 123 as usual and choose from the list of things you want to speak to us about. Once you've made your choice, you'll hear a few seconds of music, and then a recorded message. When you hear the message, just press 1.

Please be aware that when we call you back, the number will come up as withheld.

If you need to call us or contact us online over Christmas

Our phone line is open 24/7 for emergencies all year round.

For non-emergencies, we will be unavailable to respond to calls or online queries from 2pm on Christmas Eve until 8:30am on Tuesday 4th January.

Contacting us in person 

Our White Moss Road office is still open to the public - you can find opening times here. The office will close for Christmas at 1pm on Wednesday 22nd December and re-open Wednesday 5th January at 10am.

Repairs

We're still working through those repairs we weren't able to book due to the impact of the pandemic, so please bear with us. Thank you for your patience, we are working through the backlog and we will carry out your repairs as soon as we can.
