From 3rd April, any repairs you order will be carried out by a new contractor – ENGIE.
You’ll be able to identify ENGIE workers by their distinctive logo. They all carry ID cards, too.
You will still be able to order repairs in all the usual ways, through our website and by calling us. Due to the current lockdown, we are still currently only booking emergency and urgent repairs. Go here to find out what kinds of repairs we treat as emergencies or urgent and how to order them.
