How well do we deliver your services?

We collect lots of facts and figures to check how well we deliver services, and to spot where we need to improve. We set tough targets to keep us aiming high.

Some of the statistics we produce are also collected by other councils and arms length management organisations (almos) like Northwards across the country. They're called 'performance indicators'. We compare our own indicators to the best-performing 25 percent of almos.
