Hate incident policy and procedure

We takes a zero tolerance approach any hate incident.

People have the right to be treated with respect and dignity, irrespective of their race or religious affiliation. Our hate incident policy and procedure recognises the particular difficulties faced by many people from minority ethnic groups because of language, social, cultural and religious differences.

We will play play a full and effective role in tackling the pernicious effects of racism and hate abuse.
