Come to our meetings

We're an open organisation, shaped by local people. So you are welcome to come along, and can ask to speak at our decision-making meetings.

You can come to Board meetings, sub-committee meetings, and area panels.

Space is limited, so please contact us in advance to book a place, and/or to speak at the meeting if you wish. Sorry, you can't raise personal issues; and you must keep to topics that are on the agenda. If there is enough time for you to speak, it will be at the end of the meeting.

We have open meetings, but occasionally we discuss confidential things - members of the public need to leave the meeting for these issues. We ask anyone who acts inappropriately to leave the meeting.
