We have some great apartments and bungalows designed especially for older people. They offer independent living with security and peace of mind. We used to call it 'sheltered housing', but our tenants think 'retirement housing' is a better way to describe it.

So the name has changed, but the excellent benefits stay the same . . .

When you move in

If you move into our retirement housing, you're bound to have some questions. We give new tenants an information leaflet to help them settle in. There are two types: one for accommodation that has an office-based manager on hand; and one for accommodation that has a 'visiting manager' on hand.
