We want to give an excellent service when we make improvements to your home.

When we've finished the work we will . . .

  • give you the instructions for new appliances
  • explain what to do if anything is wrong with the work
  • send you a customer satisfaction form so you can have your say about the work
  • use what you tell us on the form to check how we are performing, and how we could improve
