We collect lots of facts and figures to check how well home improvements are being done.

We set tough targets and carefully check the performance of our building contractor partners; comparing how well they do with other companies, locally and across the country.

We want your views too. We ask everyone who has had a home improvement to complete a customer satisfaction questionnaire to tell us what they thought of the work and the workers.
