Your new bathroom

If you're getting a new bathroom, we will:

  • fit a new bath, toilet and sink (all white)
  • put an electric shower over the bath, with a shower rail and curtain
  • tile the walls around the bath and the splash-back above the sink
  • redecorate
  • lay a floor covering
  • install an extractor fan

You choose from . . .

  • a range of bath-panel styles
  • different types of toilet seat
  • a range of wall tiles and floor coverings
  • a range of wallpaper or paint
  • various shower curtain colours

If you have a separate toilet and bathroom
We will replace the toilet as well; and redecorate to match your bathroom.

If your toilet is downstairs and your bath and sink is upstairs
If it's possible we will move the toilet upstairs. If not, we'll replace it, fit a small hand basin and redecorate.

If you have a full bathroom suite upstairs and a second toilet downstairs
We'll replace the downstairs toilet, fit a small hand-basin and redecorate, as well as replace the bathroom upstairs.

If you already have a shower
You can keep the shower, if it's safe and serviceable. We will still also fit a new electric shower over the bath as part of the bathroom replacement.

If you have a modern bathroom already
You can choose a new kitchen instead. If you already have a modern kitchen too, contact us about the 'tenant reward' scheme.
