Anti-Social Tenant Evicted in Newton Heath

ASB logo

Alcohol-fuelled anti-social behaviour has led to the eviction of a Northwards tenant in Newton Heath.

Pamela Ravenscroft, an introductory tenant on Terence Street, caused misery for her neighbours with her abusive behaviour. Ravenscroft frequently made threats against her neighbours when drunk.

Northwards had previously warned Ravenscroft about her behaviour and also took an injunction order out against her to prevent her acting in this manner. When she repeatedly breached the injunction with her drunken and abusive behaviour, Northwards took action to end her tenancy.

Northwards Housing has a zero tolerance approach to dealing with anti-social behaviour of any description.
