New numbers, same service

Want to speak about your rent or your tenancy? Need to report a problem? Whatever reason you need to talk with us, you’ll need to call 03000 123 123 from Wednesday 1 July. But don’t worry! We have a brilliant team of 22 customer advisors waiting to take your call.

Fax and textphone too

Our textphone and fax numbers have also changed. Please dial 0161 274 0899 if you are using a textphone. And 03000 124 123 to send a fax.

Easy as ABC!

Our new number is easy to remember and cheap to call! In fact it can cost just the same from your mobile to ring us as it does from your home phone.* We’re really pleased with the new service as we know how expensive it can be to use your mobile phone during the day. Now you can ring us when you’re on the go without the worry of running up a big bill!

We have a brilliant team of 22 customer advisors waiting to take your call. Friendly, knowledgeable and highly motivated, they are dedicated to providing a first rate service. Their top priority will be getting your call answered and dealt with. And to get it right first time!

Getting to know you

Before their big move to a brand new customer call centre in Ardwick, the contact centre team hopped on a minibus for a guided tour of all the areas Northwards serves. The team visited Higher Blackley, Charlestown, Moston, Miles Platting, Newton Heath, Harpurhey, Cheetham, Crumpsall, Ancoats and Clayton, before stopping off for a brew at Victoria Square. So you can be sure that they know your neighbourhood.

One last reminder
