Your BIG say. Our BIG event

National Conversation event Big say: the National Conversation is the country's biggest-ever tenants' consultation event

Have a say in setting the standards we should meet. Come to our special event and be part of the country's biggest tenant consultation project.

A new government body has launched a 'National Conversation' to give you - and tenants across the country – the chance to decide the performance standards for all not-for-profit housing organisations.

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) monitors the performance of housing associations to check that they’re up to scratch. From spring 2010 it’s due to take on the same role for councils and ‘arms length management organisations’ like Northwards too.

Local event

The National Conversation will help set the benchmark that we should reach, and the targets we should aim for.

There’s consultation in action across the country - including your own local Northwards event on Wednesday 4 March 2009.

Get together

Local conversations don’t have to be formal – it could be a group of tenants getting together over a cup of tea in somebody’s home or in a community centre.
