Fancy having your say on council housing in north Manchester? Well just keep an eye on your doormat as your Northwards 2012 Customer Satisfaction Survey will land there soon!

It’s well worth filling it in as the results tell us where we need to make improvements to our services.

Our last survey told us that tenants wanted to see improvements to the local environment, so we put more resources into estate caretaking. We also developed closer working relationships with Manchester Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership to help clamp down on anti-social behaviour.

This years’ survey includes a very important question as Manchester City Council plan to ask Northwards to continue to manage council homes as long as tenants agree. If tenants don’t want Northwards, the Council will look for another company to manage the properties.

The survey is short and sweet and will come from an independent research company called BMG Research. All your answers will be completely confidential.
