Congratulations to three lucky residents who each won £50 high street vouchers after completing our High Rise Living Satisfaction Survey!

Each year, we send out the survey to the tenants in our high rise blocks to find out what they think about our service. By filling it in, not only do we get to see where we’re doing well or where we can improve, but residents can also pocket a prize worth fifty quid. Not bad for taking just ten minutes to do a questionnaire!

The winners for 2010 are:

Nigel Fiddler, Bradford Court

Shahrouk Amina, Somerton Court

We’re really pleased with the results this year, as residents told us that they’re even more satisfied with our work now than in 2009. Here’s some of the feedback:

  • 85% said they were satisfied overall with the service and the schemes – this is up 4% from last year
  • 82% said they were satisfied with the recycling facilities – this is a massive 35% increase from last year!
  • 83% said they were satisfied with facilities at their scheme – a 5% improvement from 2009
  • 88% were satisfied with standards of cleanliness in the blocks, up from 85% a year ago
  • 96% said they felt safe at home during the day (93% in 2009) and 93% felt safe at home at night (90% in 2009)

Satisfaction levels have improved in all the areas we asked about. But while we’re really chuffed with these results, we won’t be resting on our laurels. We want to do even better next year, and will be consulting with our caretakers and the members of our High Rise Living Forum to ask suggestions for improving satisfaction levels.
