As part of our commitment to listening to the views of our residents, we have asked BMG Research to carry out a short and simple postal survey. They will ensure that ALL your information is kept anonymous and confidential.

What we’ll do with the results

Your views and opinions are essential. They help to us see how satisfied you are with your home and the services we provide. They also help us to understand where we need to improve. This is important information that we’ll use to keep up our standards and to make improvements.

Enter our prize draw

We would be very grateful for any response that you can offer. So we’re running a prize draw for all the competed surveys that we receive. Just return it to BMG in the pre-paid envelope by Friday 24 July 2009. You’ll be in with a chance to win £200 in high street vouchers, with runner-up prizes of £100 in vouchers and and £50 in vouchers.
