Before we come to your area, we’ll write to you with some appointment times to choose from, including Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings. We are flexible with times, so please reply to the letter and make sure you’re there to let us in. If you keep to your appointment and give us first time access, you’ll be entered into a prize draw for £50 worth of shopping vouchers! Remember though to always ask for identification before you let an engineer in your home!
