We are holding an election for a new tenant board member.

Every year at least one tenant board member must stand down from the Northwards Board. In the Spring edition of Northwards Natter we asked if anyone was interested in becoming a Board Member. A number of people told us they wanted to find out more. After meeting with other Board Members and getting more information about the role, four people have decided to stand for election. There is only one place available and this is your chance to decide who you think will do the job best.

The Electoral Reform Service is running the ballot on our behalf and you should already have your ballot information, votes must be returned by Friday 2 October 2009. You can vote by post, freephone or online – so use the way you feel most comfortable with.

To vote online go to: www.votebyinternet.com/NWH09 and follow the online instructions .

To vote by phone, call: 0800 197 4612 and follow the telephone instructions.

Or simply return the ballot paper in the pre paid envelope we have sent to you.

The closing date for voting is 12 noon, Friday 2 October 2009
