Repairs day and night

Our newly improved online repairs service lets you check and change your repair appointments.

No need to phone

Before, if you needed to cancel or change your appointment time, you had to phone us. Well, we’ve made things a lot easier. All you have to do now is visit the Repairs service page, tap in your postcode and tenancy reference number (it’s on your rent card), then pick your property from the list. You can change your appointment time (up to 24 hours before the repair is due) or even cancel the order.

Order in comfort

You can still order your repairs online too. So if something needs fixing, you can request your repair straightaway, from the comfort of your own home, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. And it’s simple too. Just answer a few questions, pick your appointment time, and leave the rest to us. We even have a ‘try it out’ version of the service, so you can see how well it works – and you don’t have to worry about getting it wrong.

Up-to-date info

The system is updated every evening, Monday to Friday. So you’re always dealing with the latest information. Just another way of making sure we’re in touch with your needs.

Check your repairs history

You can also look up your previous repair orders – when they happened, what happened – from the past two years. This can be really useful if you’re not sure what happened to a previous order, or you’re ordering a similar job now for instance.
