Taking place at the Manchester Communication Academy, our AGM was a great opportunity to share with tenants - both in person and online - what we've been up to over the past 12 months, as well as our plans for the future.

And this year marked the first time we've ever tweeted live from the event: answering questions from the public as the AGM happened!

We wanted to make this year's report a little different - as well as a traditional paper document, we're taking to the streets to tell you all about how we've performed.

One of the ways to get our results across is with balloons - because everybody loves balloons, especially our cover star AJ, who suffers from cerebal palsy. His community raised over £50k for a life-changing operation for him! 

We've printed lots of balloons with facts about how we're doing. Get your hands on one of them and you could win £200! We'll be using our 'Tea Mobile' trailer (a lovely living room on wheels!) to hand them out and answer your questions on the following dates:
