Northwards is delighted to announce that we have once again been awarded the CSE accreditation, for the high standard of care given to tenants in north Manchester.

The Customer Service Excellence accreditation recognises organisations that meet strict Government standards for customer services.

Nicola Atkin, the CSE assessor, highlighted that Northwards has excellent customer services and a very positive and enthusiastic team of staff. Nicola said, ‘’The Northwards culture of openness and innovation, where staff are encouraged to contribute ideas, as well as the work with their partners, was very strong’’.

We have now received this award for the fourth year running and have even shown improvement over previous years. Areas highlighted for particular praise were Northwards services for vulnerable tenants and our new Complaints Handbook, which helps staff deal with complaints in a uniform and professional manner.

Robin Lawler, Chief Executive of Northwards said: “To receive this award for the fourth year running is an excellent achievement and shows that we strive to maintain our high standards. This consistency, and continued improvement shows how important customer satisfaction is to Northwards.”

So you can be sure that our tenants continue to be top priority and we will keep on working to raise our standards in customer services!
