Look out for the purple Paypoint sign at your local shop, newsagent or petrol station. Use your rent card and pay with cash. It's a free, convenient and private service - shop staff won't see details of your rent account. Please keep your receipt. Find your nearest paypoint (external site).8. at a housing office
Our local housing offices only take payments for a few hours a week - so it's much better to pay rent conveniently using one of the other methods. But if you want to pay at a housing office find out addresses and opening times.
However you pay, please keep the receipt or reference number we give you.
