Resident involvement agreement

Residents are at the heart of everything we do. We want to consult with you and all our customers, listen to your views, and give you the opportunity to help shape and improve our service.

Our 'resident involvement agreement' describes how we do this. It was developed in partnership with a group of tenant volunteers.

The agreement shows how you can:

  • have an informed view of the housing service
  • be involved in planning and improving that service
  • check how we're performing
  • identify problems and take action to make improvements.
