Rent a garage

If there's a waiting list in the area you want, the next available garage usually goes to whoever has been waiting the longest - although it may go to someone who needs it more urgently because they are disabled for instance.

Before you apply for a garage, make sure you accept the rules in the garage tenancy agreement - you can't use it for a trade or business for example.

Report a garage repair

If you need a repair to a garage you rent from Northwards Housing, either:

  • Phone Northwards Housing 03000 123 123 Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm.
  • Report it online. We will contact you to make an appointment.
