After a new tenant has moved in

We want tenants to be happy with their new home so that they put down roots in the local community.

Shortly after they move in we:

  • Ask them to comment on: how happy they are with their move; their new home's cleanliness; how well things work in their new home; the decoration; the garden; and the general quality of the home. We will follow up their comments with action.
  • Visit them at home. We arrange this visit when they first sign up for the property.
