Help with decorating

We normally operate a limited service for some people who are unable to decorate their home. However this service is currently suspended due to the need for Northwards to make budget savings.

As such, we aren't currently considering new applications until further notice.

If this is likely to cause you severe hardship then please contact us for advice on what other kinds of help might be available.
