Are your belongings insured against theft, fire, vandalism or bursts?

Your possessions are not insured by Northwards Housing or the City Council, so you should take out your own cover.

Either make your own arrangements, or use the special scheme we have arranged with Aviva (previously Norwich Union).

If you are up-to-date with your rent payments you can join the scheme.

If you are over 60 the weekly cost starts at just £1.31. If you're under 60 it's only £1.96. And now you can take out extra accidental damage cover too.
