Everyone wants a home that's warm and safe. But how can you be sure about yours?

As a Northwards tenant you get a free service and safety check of your gas appliances once every year. Our fully-qualified gas engineers will give your home the expert treatment to help keep your heating bills down, and give you peace of mind too.

At your convenience

Before we come to your area we'll write to you with some appointment times to choose from, including Wednesday evenings and Saturdays. Please make sure you reply to the letter, and that you're there to let us in. Your safety depends on it! Always ask for identification before you let an engineer in.

If someone doesn't let us in, we'll go to court to get permission to enter their home. They could face a £765 legal bill.
