Standards we must keep

After the repair

Here are the standards you can expect after a repair . . .

  1. We will send you a form asking you how satisfied you were with the work. There will be a freepost envelope for you to send back the form.

  2. If you tell us you were not happy with the work, we will investigate the situation. If there is still a problem we will put it right.

  3. We will regularly publish our repairs performance (for example how many jobs are done on time) on the internet and in Northwards Housing publications.
