Community regeneration: the strategy

Community regeneration is about going beyond the traditional landlord role of providing homes and housing services.

It means working with other organisations to improve the wider physical, social and economic conditions of our area to bring long-lasting benefits and choices.

Our community regeneration strategy will help create more demand for homes, encourage new people to move in, increase the number of tenants in work or training, reduce crime and antisocial behaviour, and attract new investment.
