Improving our performance

Complaints can help us identify areas where we can improve. For example, in response to problem areas, we have:

  • met regularly with Manchester Working (the organisation that repairs Northwards homes), and with all the organisations working on home improvements to check performance
  • reviewed our complaints policies and procedures to make sure we respond quickly and efficiently
  • given our front-line staff, and the staff of companies that repair and maintain our homes, customer-care training
