You don’t need business experience. The only qualities we’re looking for are:

• A caring attitude
• An interest in people
• A passion for your community

The Northwards Board is made up of tenants like you, as well as local councillors and independent people with business knowledge.

They approve our policies and plans, set our aims and objectives and make sure that staff are doing a good job.
