We have a new opportunity for two committed and driven individuals within our Community Safety Team. As a Tenancy Management Caseworker you will work closely with people who are struggling to manage their tenancies, resulting in poor property condition.  You will encourage and enable the tenant using action plans and support to improve their property condition and successfully maintain their tenancies.

This stimulating role gives you the opportunity to really make an impact; supporting people to manage their tenancies and improving their lives and outcomes.  You will achieve this by building solid relationships with the tenant, working closely with them and their families.

You will be a natural problem solver, enabler and well-organised. You will be a strong team player as well as confident and productive when working alone.  You must have an enquiring mind and want to make a difference.

Applicants will work closely with colleagues internally, such as the Neighbourhood Service Teams, and externally with partners such as social services, mental health teams and support agencies.  You will need to be an excellent communicator, approachable, friendly, knowledgable and - when required - assertive.

You must have a full driving licence as access to a car is required on a daily basis.
