We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Surveyor to assist in managing a team of Mechanical Surveyors in the implementation of our capital and revenue schemes.

You will be responsible for the effective management of the annual gas servicing programme and mechanical planned maintenance, providing a full range of professional services where needed.

The ideal candidate will be a great team player who possesses excellent IT skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems. You will be confident communicating at all levels and able to foster relationships, working closely with our contractors in a partnering and team environment.

You must be a member of a chartered institute of a recognised professional organisation allied to the building services industry or have a recognised equivalent qualification e.g. Incorporated Engineer aligned to the Engineering Council.  

You must also have a minimum of five years post-qualification experience or have successfully obtained a higher City & Guilds Certificate in gas or plumbing installations and have at least 10 years’ experience within the mechanical / heating installation industry.

You must be registered with the Engineering Council as an Incorporated Engineer or willing to work towards this qualification.
