We have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Service Manager who will be responsible for the efficient delivery of a high-quality responsive repairs service and voids work to residents living within the Northwards area.

The role will involve working closely with our Repairs & Maintenance Contractor to ensure compliance, value for money and achieve continuous improvement in the delivery of the repairs service.

We are looking for an experienced manager who is used to managing a service with a common sense approach, ideally from a social housing background, with good knowledge of a repairs service. You will need to have a strong customer focus, be a confident negotiator and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective responses to all enquiries and complaints.
