We have a temporary opportunity within our Rents Team as a caseworker to help deliver our professional, responsive rent service, actively engaging and supporting customers to enable them to sustain their tenancy.

It’s a busy time for us. Changes to the benefits system are starting to bite as Universal Credit is rolled out and we are looking for a proactive person who is customer focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You’ll be just as comfortable working in a friendly, busy team as you are working to your own initiative. You’ll have the ability to identify problems and offer recommendations for effective solutions. Knowledge and experience of rent collection is beneficial.

Within the Rents Team, our aim is to deliver a high quality rent collection and recovery service, rooted in maximising income and promoting and providing effective benefit and money advice.
