We have an opportunity within the Rents Team as a Caseworker to deliver a professional and responsive rent service, actively engaging and supporting customers to enable them to sustain their tenancy.

It’s a busy and exciting time for us as changes to the benefits system start to bite, in particular Universal Credit, and we're now looking for the right people to take us forward. We're looking for proactive people who are customer focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You’ll be just as comfortable working in a friendly, busy team as you are on your own initiative, as well as having the ability to identify problems and offer recommendations for effective solutions. Knowledge and experience of rents is beneficial.

Within the Rents Team, our aim is to deliver a high quality rent collection and recovery service, rooted in maximising income and promoting and providing effective welfare rights and money advice.
