We have some exciting opportunities for Neighbourhood Housing Officers (NHOs). As an NHO, you will have the ability to really help the community grow and become a better place to live and to benefit from the satisfaction of making a difference.
These exciting roles give the right candidates the opportunity to really make an impact; tackling anti-social behaviour head on, supporting people to manage their tenancies and improving the look of our estates. You will achieve this by building solid relationships in the community, working closely with our tenants and their families.
As a natural problem solver, you will be a main contact for Northwards customers, signposting and giving general advice. You will be a strong team player as well as confident and productive when working alone. You must have an enquiring mind and want to make a difference.
Applicants will work closely with colleagues internally, such as the Community Safety Team, and externally with partners such as Greater Manchester Police, the City Council and support agencies.
You will need to be an excellent communicator, approachable, friendly and when required, assertive and knowledgeable.
You must have a full driving licence and access to your own car on a daily basis.
