There is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Support Officer at yes to provide an effective and high quality support service to the yes clients, introducing them to the service.

In this busy role, you will be responsible for supporting the clients with their digital job search by registering all clients, assisting them to create email and universal job match accounts and providing support with any technical issues they may have.

There will also be various administrative tasks including updating the company website, social media, recording / advertising job vacancies and ensuring all employment and training outcomes are tracked and updated to generate income for yes.

You will be responsible for handling petty cash and the integrity and cleansing of the IT systems, therefore it is essential that you have an eye for detail.

The ideal person will be enthusiastic and customer-focused with excellent digital and administration skills. You will have the ability to identify and support clients’ needs and be able to build their confidence in using IT and digital equipment. The clients may have little or no IT knowledge, therefore excellent communication skills and patience are a must.
