An exciting part time opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to work within our busy Customer Service Centre; this is on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2019.

We are looking for someone to provide an exceptional customer experience over the telephone and through our digital channels. This is a role which offers a great deal of variety on a daily basis, assisting our residents and customers with a broad range of enquiries.

The ideal person will be an enthusiastic, hardworking, goal-focused individual with excellent customer care and communication skills. 

We are looking for a strong team player who also has a real sense of fun with a can-do and solutions-orientated attitude. This is a rewarding but demanding role, and a role that enables you to really make a difference.

Ideally, you will have some form of customer service experience (face to face or telephone based). This doesn’t necessarily have to be in a contact centre / call centre.
