An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Adviser to work within our busy Customer Service Centre on a temporary basis. We are looking for someone to provide an exceptional customer experience over the telephone and through our digital channels. This is a role which offers a great deal of variety on a daily basis, assisting our residents and customers with a broad range of enquiries.
The ideal person will be enthusiastic, hardworking and goal-focused with excellent customer care and communication skills.
We are looking for a strong team player who also has a real sense of fun. You will be optimistic, with a can-do and solutions-orientated attitude. This is a rewarding but demanding role, one that enables you to really make a difference.
Ideally you will have customer service experience (face-to-face or telephone based) - this doesn’t necessarily have to be in a contact centre / call centre.
