We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Adviser to work within our busy Customer Service Centre; this is on a fixed term basis until 31 August 2019.

We are looking for someone to provide an exceptional customer experience over the telephone and through our digital channels. This is a role which offers a great deal of variety on a daily basis, assisting our residents and customers with a broad range of enquiries.

The ideal person would be an enthusiastic, hardworking, goal focused individual with excellent customer care and communication skills.

We are looking for a strong team player who also has a real sense of fun. Optimistic, with a can-do and solutions orientated attitude. This is a rewarding but demanding role, that enables you to really make a difference.

Ideally you will have some experience of customer service (face to face or telephone based) - this doesn’t necessarily have to be in a call centre.
