A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Assistant to provide a high quality and professional administration service for colleagues in both the customer service and new tenancy / housing options teams.
In this busy role, you will carry out a variety of reception duties and administrative tasks and processes. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries both face-to-face and over the telephone, so will have an ability to understand and communicate effectively.
We are looking to recruit a proactive person who is customer-focused, with excellent telephone and administrative skills. As you will be based within two friendly teams in different office locations, you should be flexible and adaptable to change. You will need to work well under your own initiative, have a passion for delivering a first class customer service and have exceptional communication skills to ensure a high quality service is provided.
