An opportunity has arisen within one of our local offices for a Customer Service Assistant to provide an effective and high quality reception & administrative support service.

In this busy role' you will carry out a variety of reception / administrative tasks and processes and be the first point of contact for customer queries both face-to-face and over the telephone. As such, you will have an ability to understand and communicate effectively.

We are looking to recruit a proactive person who is customer focused, with excellent telephone and administrative skills. As well as working well within our friendly team, you will work well under your own initiative, have a passion for delivering a first class customer service, and have exceptional communication skills to ensure a high quality service is provided.
