We have 2 permanent opportunities that have arisen for a Customer Service Assistant to provide a high quality and professional administration service for colleagues in the Neighbourhood Housing Teams.
In this busy role you will carry out a variety of reception duties and administrative tasks and processes. You are the first point of contact for customer queries both face to face and over the telephone, so will have an ability to understand and communicate effectively.
We are looking to recruit a proactive person who is customer-focused, with excellent telephone and administrative skills. As you will be based within 3 friendly teams in different office locations in north Manchester, you should be flexible and adaptable to change. You will need to work well under your own initiative, having a passion for delivering a first class customer service, with exceptional communication skills to ensure a high quality service is provided.
